Vegan Hot Chocolate
Easy to make microwaveable vegan hot chocolate that is rich, creamy, and delicious
- 1 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon vegan chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon raw sugar (add more if you prefer)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
Using your favorite large mug, pour in the non-dairy milk and microwave until heated, about 1 minute. Add in the cocoa powder, chocolate chips, sugar, vanilla, salt, and stir until everything comes together.
Taste and adjust to your preferred sweetness by adding more sugar if needed.
May serve topped with vegan marshmallows, shredded chocolate, or coconut whip topping.
