Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Pizza is a fun and tasty pizza recipe that is made using biscuit dough and topped with chicken, cheese, alfredo sauce, and spinach. Quick and easy!
Pizza is my favorite meal!
It is probably because it is not only quick and easy to make, but you have so many different options and ways that you can make it. I love making my own homemade pizza crust for my pizza nights, but I also enjoy using pre-made pizza dough and biscuit dough as well. If you have never tried using canned biscuit dough to make a pizza, then let me tell you that it is the perfect option to make pizza in a hurry.
There is also no time to wait for it to rise, making it the perfect time saver. Just pop the biscuits out of the can, flatten them, and the dough is ready to top with all of your favorite toppings. It also is great to top the dough while it is still raw, without pre-cooking, which saves so much time. Winning!
This recipe is so simple and delicious and something that your whole family is sure to love.

How to make chicken alfredo pizza:
Begin the recipe by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray. Remove the biscuits from the can and separate. Place each individual biscuit on the prepared baking sheet and press each biscuit to flatten on the pan until they are about 6-inches in diameter or your desired pizza size.
Spread a thin layer of alfredo sauce evenly on top of each individual biscuit. Top the alfredo sauce with an even sprinkle of shredded cheese on each biscuit. Evenly divide the cooked shredded chicken and spinach on top of each biscuit.
Top each pizza evenly with the rest of the shredded cheese. Place into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the pizzas are golden brown around the edges and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately while still warm.
