Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Pizza – Easy Pizza recipe that is made using biscuit dough and topped with chicken alfredo toppings.
Pizza is my favorite meal…probably because it is not only quick and easy to make, but you have so many different options and ways that you can make it. This recipe is so simple and delicious and something that your kids will love. It is also perfect if you are short on time, so pair it with a salad and make a complete meal in minutes.
Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Pizza Ingredients:
- 2 cups shredded cheese (Any will do)
- 1 cup fresh baby spinach leaves
- 1 can Grands Original Homestyle Biscuits
- 1 cup Alfredo Sauce (Use your Favorite)
- 2 cups cooked chicken, cut into pieces
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a cookie sheet or pizza pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Flatten each biscuit out on pan until they are 6 inches in diameter or your desired size.
Spread a thin layer of Alfredo Sauce onto each biscuit.
Sprinkle 1 Tablespoon shredded cheese onto each biscuit.
Top with cooked chicken pieces and baby spinach leaves.
Sprinkle an additional 3 tablespoons cheese onto each pizza.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes, until biscuits are golden brown on edges and cheese is bubbly.
