Cup water

Frozen strawberries

Protein powder  (plain or vanilla flavor)

INSTRUCTIONS

Place the water, protein powder, and frozen strawberries into a high powered blender.

Process until creamy and smooth. Pour in two glasses and serve immediately.

For blending, add liquid first then the other two ingredients.  This strawberry smoothie is quite thick - perfect for a smoothie bowl. Plain and vanilla protein powder works best.
