frozen strawberries

protein powder (plain or vanilla flavor)
Instructions
Place the water, protein powder, and frozen strawberries into a high powered blender.
Process until creamy and smooth.
Pour in two glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
If you're not using a high-power blender, then be sure to add water, protein powder, and frozen strawberries on top to the blender.
For a thicker smoothie, simply use less liquid, and for a thinner smoothie use a little more.
Be sure to taste the smoothie and make any necessary ingredient adjustments before pouring it into a glass to serve.
This smoothie recipe makes two smoothies or one large smoothie.
