- 1 Pizza pan or baking sheet
Ingredients
- 1 recipe Easy Homemade Pizza Crust
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 pepperoni slices
- ⅓ cup mild or hot Italian sausage, cooked
- ⅓ cup lean ground beef, cooked
- ¼ cup green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
Instructions
- Prepare your dough by letting it rise until doubled in size. Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Press the dough into a greased baking sheet, pizza pan, or cast iron skillet. For a thin crust, divide the dough in half.
- Pre-bake crust for 4-5 minutes.
- Spread 1 cup sauce evenly over the crust. Top with half (½ cup) of the shredded mozzarella.
- Add 16 pepperoni slices, ⅓ cup cooked sausage, ⅓ cup cooked ground beef, ¼ cup sliced bell pepper, ¼ cup sliced onion, and ½ cup mushrooms.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella over the top.
- Bake 10-12 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden brown.
