CHOCOLATE CHIP PRETZEL COOKIES
INGREDIENTS
Baking soda
Sea salt
Granulated Sugar
Butter
Baking powder
All-purpose flour
Brown Sugar
Eggs
Vanilla extract
Chocolate chips
Pretzels chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Using an electric hand mixer or stand mixer, cream together the butter granulated sugar, and brown sugar until it is light and fluffy.
Add in 2 eggs, vanilla extract, and mix until combined. Slowly add in the flour mixture then stir in the chocolate chips and chopped pretzels.
Form the cookies into balls and place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake for cookies 10 to 12 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
Remove the cookies from the oven and allow them to cool on the baking sheet for 2 to 3 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
