Super fast side dish when you need to make something in a flash!
Completely make from start to finish in a matter of minutes and the only real work you do to complete is boil, chop, and, stir.
- 2 cups elbow macaroni pasta
- 1/2 cup grated carrot
- 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
- 1 stalk celery, chopped
- 3 tablespoons relish
- 2/3 cup vegan or regular mayonnaise
- Salt and Ground Black Pepper to taste
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions and drain it.
Gently stir in grated carrot, onion, celery, relish, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
