Sweet and Spicy Instant Pot Meatballs



Water Frozen Meatballs Jalapenos Blackberry Jam Barbecue Sauce

Place trivet on bottom of Instant Pot. Place in water, frozen meatballs, and jalapenos.

Step #1

Add top and make sure quick-release valve is sealed. Cook on manual for 5 minutes.

Step #2

Use quick-release and remove the meatballs into a large bowl. Drain the liquid from the instant pot.

Step #3

Place trivet back in Instant Pot and set to saute. Add jam + BBQ sauce. Stir together then add meatballs and stir again.
