Ingredients You’ll Need

For the Crust

  • Graham Crackers – About 14–16 sheets, crushed into fine crumbs. Creates the buttery base.
  • Granulated Sugar – Adds a touch of sweetness to the crust.
  • Melted Butter – Helps bind the crust together and adds richness.

For the Layers

  • Fresh Strawberries – One pint, sliced. Brings a burst of fruity flavor and beautiful color.
  • Cream Cheese – Softened to mix easily into a creamy layer.
  • Powdered Sugar – Sweetens the cream cheese layer without grittiness.
  • Whipped Topping (Cool Whip) – Adds fluffiness to the filling and as the final topping.
  • Strawberry Pudding Mix – Instant mix that brings a bold strawberry flavor.
  • Whole Milk – Used to prepare the pudding. Whole milk gives the best creamy texture.

How to Make Strawberry Delight

Make the Crust: In a medium bowl, mix crushed graham crackers, granulated sugar, and melted butter. Press into the bottom of an 8x8-inch dish to form the crust.

Add the Strawberries: Arrange sliced strawberries over the crust. Place in the fridge to chill while preparing the next layer.

Make the Cream Cheese Layer: In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 4 ounces whipped topping until smooth. Spread over the strawberry layer.

Make the Pudding Layer: In a clean bowl, whisk together instant strawberry pudding and milk until soft set. Spread over the cream cheese layer.

Top it Off: Add the remaining whipped topping in an even layer. Garnish with additional strawberries, if desired.

Ingredients
  

  • Crust:
  • 2 cups graham crackers, crushed (about 14–16 sheets)

Instructions
