Garlic Olive Oil Sugar Green Beans Water White Wine Vinegar
Try making these Garlic Green Beans for a simple and delicious side dish that is anything but boring. Made with fresh green beans, lots of garlic, salt, ground black pepper, and a splash of white wine vinegar.
In a small bowl, stir together the garlic slices, olive oil, sugar, and microwave for 45 seconds until the garlic has softened.
In a medium skillet, heat half of the garlic oil over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Add green beans and water. Heat until golden.
Add in the other half of the garlic oil, cover, and cook for another 3 minutes. Uncover the green beans and stir occasionally cooking the beans for another 3 minutes, until the garlic becomes golden.
Remove from the heat and stir in the white wine vinegar, salt, and ground black pepper. Serve right away.
