8ouncescream cheese, softened
1cup powdered sugar
16 ounces whipped topping (Cool Whip), halved
8.4ounces(2 boxes) Oreo Cookie n' Creme instant pudding mix
3cupscold whole milk
Instructions
Begin the recipe by grabbing a 13x9-inch rectangle baking dish. Use a food processor to crush the 14.3 ounces of Oreo cookies. Set aside 1 cup of crushed cookies for the top.
In a medium bowl, stir ½ cup melted butter and Oreo cookie crumbs (all except 1 cup) until combined.
Pour it into the baking dish and evenly press into the bottom in a single cookie crust layer.
Using a hand mixer with a large bowl, add the 8 ounces softened cream cheese and 1 cup powdered sugar.
Mix together until creamy and smooth. Add 8 ounces of the whipped topping. Use a rubber spatula or wooden spoon to gently fold the whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture until combined.
Create the next layer by adding the cream cheese mixture on top of the cookie crust. Spread it out evenly to form a second layer.
Using a mixer on medium speed or whisk and a large bowl, mix the 2 packages of (3.9 ounces each) instant pudding and 3 cups of cold whole milk for two minutes until combined and soft set.
Evenly spread the cookies and cream pudding mixture on top of the cream cheese layer to create the third layer.
Lastly evenly spread the remaining 8 ounces of whipped topping on top of the pudding layer. Sprinkle the top layer with the reserved 1 cup of cookie crumbs.
Place the oreo delight dessert into the refrigerator and allow it to chill/set for 2 to 3 hours before cutting to serve. Enjoy!

Notes
Mix the instant pudding with cold milk. This will help the pudding to form up quickly and allow it to soft set for easier spreading.
Use an offset spatula to easily spread the layers evenly.
Be sure to allow the finished dessert to chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 3 hours before serving. If you're in a hurry, place in the freezer for 30 to 45 minutes.
To cut perfect layers, place the assembled delight in the freezer for about 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Remove the dessert from the freezer and hold a sharp knife underneath warm water before using it to cut the slices. Clean the knife off between each cut to ensure that everyone has perfectly neat layers.
