Prepare the 4 teaspoons instant espresso with 8 ounces hot water and set aside.
In a large glass measuring cup, stir together 1 cup eggnog, ½ cup milk, ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon, 1 tablespoon granulated sugar, and place into the microwave until it becomes hot and foamy, 1 to 2 minutes.
Remove from the microwave and stir. Place back into the microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
Remove from the microwave and divide among 2 glasses, slowly pour half of the coffee into each glass.
Serve immediately or top with whipped cream. Enjoy!

Notes
Do use regular brewed coffee to make this latte. You need espresso or extremely strong coffee to make any latte recipe. A double shot of espresso works perfectly.
Use your favorite store-bought eggnog or homemade eggnog to make the recipe.
Any milk that you prefer can be used such as whole milk, oat milk, almond milk, or soy milk.
For additional flavor, feel free to add in a little vanilla extract or vanilla syrup.
