Using a food processor, add in the 2 cloves of garlic and process to mince.
Add the 1 ½ cups fresh cilantro, ⅓ cup plain Greek yogurt, ½ teaspoon honey, and the juice of 1 lime. Process until combined.
Slowly stream in the ¼ cup olive oil and 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar until emulsified.
Add ¼ teaspoon cumin, ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper. Process again to combine.
Place in a jar with a lid or an airtight container and store in the refrigerator until ready to use. Enjoy!

To make the dressing smooth use an immersion blender or high powdered blender instead of a food processor.
If you're using a food processor, keep in mind the order counts. Process the garlic first, followed by the other ingredients, and finish with the oil and vinegar.
It's perfectly fine to use the fresh cilantro leaves and stems, but trim off any excess stems if needed.
Adjust the spices to your preference. Add in some garlic powder, hot sauce, or jalapeño pepper.
