Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare an 8x8-inch baking dish and set aside.
Mix casserole base: In a large bowl, combine 2 cans drained green beans, 2 tablespoons melted butter, 2 tablespoons flour, ¼ teaspoon sugar, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon pepper, 1 ounce onion soup mix, and ½ cup sour cream. Stir gently until combined, avoid overmixing to prevent mushy beans.
