Hibachi Vegetables are the same Japanese-style restaurant version but in the comfort of your own home. Simple to make with few ingredients.

Add oil & butter to a skillet then saute onions until translucent (around 2 minutes).
ADD THE VEG
Add in the zucchini, yellow squash, and mushrooms. Add soy sauce then cook for 10 minutes, stirring regularly.
Serve warm with hibachi style fried rice and yum yum sauce. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
