Easy 9 Layer Chocolate Cake



Sugar Baking Chocolate Evaporated Milk Butter Vanilla Extract Butter Eggs Flour Water

Step #1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. and grease 3 9 inch cake pans.

Step #2

Make icing first by melting together sugar, unsweetened chocolate, evaporated milk, butter, and vanilla in a sauce pan. Melt until combined and then turn to low heat.

Step #3

Pour about ¾ cup of cake batter into each prepared pan. Place into the oven and bake for 7 to 10 minutes until golden brown and a cake tester comes out clean. Repeat until you have all of the layers.

Step #4

Ice between layers and then pour remaining icing on top of the entire cake.
