Flour Baking Soda Salt Instant Espresso Warm Water Sugar Butter Egg Vanilla Extract Chocolate Chunks

Step #1

Start by preheating your oven to 350 and line a baking sheet. Then combine dry ingredients in one bowl and set aside.

Step #2

Cream together butter and sugar and follow that by adding in the instant espresso and water mixed together. Fold in dry ingredients afterward.

Step #3

Fold in chocolate chips and then immediately roll into balls for baking. You can chill the recipe if you'd like, but it is not necessary.

Step #4

Bake for 10-12 minutes. Top with some additional chocolate for aesthetic purposes if you'd like when they are hot out of the oven.
