10 Minute No Bake Energy Bites


No-Bake Energy Bites is a delicious and easy to make snack that is the perfect burst of energy for those time when you need something healthy and sweet. Here is an easy to follow recipe!


Rolled oats Coconut Peanut butter Honey Ground flaxseed Vanila extract Salt Mini chocolate chips

These energy bites are not only delicious but they are so easy to make for a high protein snack all day long!

Using a food processor, add in the oats and coconut. Pulse until it is coarsely ground.

Step #1

Add in the peanut butter, honey, ground flaxseed, vanilla extract, salt, and half of the chocolate chips. Pulse until combined and sticking together.

Step #2

Using an ice cream scoop, measure out the mixture and roll each individual scoop into balls.

Step #3

Place in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set or in the freezer until firm. Enjoy right away if you'd like, as well!
