Season the chicken. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat on the stove top and once heated add oil and chicken thighs.

Allow chicken to cook for 3-5 minutes on both sides. After, add onion and garlic. Cook for 2 minutes more.

Adjust to medium heat and add chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, and uncooked rice. Stir. Cover and cook for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken comes to temp.
