ENCHILADA PASTA
- CHEESY CHICKEN -
INGREDIENTS
Chicken Breast
Pasta (penne or shells)
Flour
Butter
Enchilada Sauce
Red Bell Pepper
Green Onions
Shredded Cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook the chicken breasts in a skillet on medium heat then set aside. While chicken is cooking boil the pasta for around 6 minutes.
In the skillet used for chicken, melt butter then add flour. Pour in enchilada sauce & stir in cream cheese.
MAKE THE SAUCE
Add the red pepper, green onions, chicken and pasta into the pan. Stir until everything is coated then add to baking dish.
Sprinkle with the cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese melted. Top with red pepper, green onions and a dash of hot sauce before serving.
