Cookie Dough Balls
Cookie Dough Ball recipe is the perfect recipe for those that enjoy eating raw cookie dough. This eggless recipe can be eaten raw without guilt.
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 ½ cups almond meal
- ½ cup chocolate chips
- ⅛ teaspoon sea salt
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a medium-size bowl, spoon in the peanut butter and almond meal and mix until it resembles the consistency of cookie dough.
Add in the salt and fold in the chocolate chips until they are distributed throughout the cookie dough. Take about a tablespoon of the cookie dough and roll it into bite a bite size ball and place on the prepared baking sheet. Continue to roll the dough into balls until you run out. This recipe will make 12 to 15 cookie dough balls depending on the size that you roll them.
Cover the baking sheet with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
