  • 6 cups crispy rice cereal
  • 1 ½ bags mini marshmallows (15 ozs.)
  • 4.5 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup candy corn


  • Spray a 9 x13-inch baking dish with non-stick spray and set aside.
  • In a large pot, melt the butter. Add the marshmallows and allow everything to melt together.
  • Quickly stir in the vanilla.
  • Remove from the pot from the heat and stir in the crispy rice cereal until well combined.
  • During the last few seconds of stirring add in the candy corn and stir to distribute evenly.
  • Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan and allow them to set for at least 1 hour before cutting into your desired shapes and size.
