Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. and add two muffin liners to a muffin pan. Set aside.
In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder salt, and sugar until combined.
Make a well in the center of the flour mixture and add in the egg white, milk, melted butter, and stir with a spoon to combine.
Add in the vanilla extract and almond extract and stir to combine.
Divide the batter evenly into the prepared muffin pan.
Bake for 15 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
Carefully remove the pan from the oven and allow the cupcakes to cool completely.
Prepared the frosting in a small bowl, by combining the powdered sugar, butter, milk, and vanilla extract until fully combined. You may use a spoon or hand mixer for to make the frosting.
Divide the frosting and spread evenly on the cupcakes to enjoy.
