Black Bean Dip
Black Bean Dip is an easy to make healthy recipe that anyone can pull together by adding black beans, spices, olive oil, and lime to a food processor.
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon coriander
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoon water
Using a food processor, add the black beans, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, coriander, olive oil, water, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt.
Process until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and serve with your favorite vegetables, tortilla chips, or crackers.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
