Cling Peach Medicine Ball
Make this warm and refreshing California Cling Peach Medicine Ball tea, a coffeehouse-inspired drink at home with cling peach puree, mint tea, lemon juice, and honey.
- 1 tablespoon California Cling Peach Puree, prepared
- 1 bag mint tea
- 8 ounces hot water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
Begin the recipe by making California cling peach puree. Pour some canned cling peaches into a blender and blend for a few seconds, until the mixture is thick and slightly smooth. Pour the prepared puree into an airtight container. It can be kept in the refrigerator or freezer.
Steep the 1 mint tea bag in 8 ounces of hot water for about 5 minutes.
Assemble the drink by adding 1 tablespoon cling peach puree into a cup, followed by the prepared mint tea, 1 tablespoon lemon juice, and 1 tablespoon honey. Stir to combine and enjoy!
Place any leftover prepared tea in a jar with a lid or airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
