Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Pizza

Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Pizza is a fun and tasty pizza recipe that is made using biscuit dough and topped with chicken, cheese, alfredo sauce, and spinach. Quick and easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 can original homestyle biscuits
  • 1 cup alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup packed fresh baby spinach

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.  and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Remove the 8 biscuits from the can and separate. Place each individual biscuit on the prepared baking sheet and press each biscuit to flatten on the pan until they are about 6-inches in diameter or your desired pizza size. 
  • Spread a thin layer of 1 cup alfredo sauce evenly on top of each individual biscuit. Top the alfredo sauce with an even sprinkle of 1 cup (half) shredded mozzarella cheese on each biscuit.
  • Evenly divide the cooked 2 cups shredded chicken and 1 cup fresh spinach on top of each biscuit. 
  • Top each pizza evenly with the rest of the 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Place into the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until the pizzas are golden brown around the edges and the cheese is melted and bubbly. Serve immediately while still warm.
