Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup water
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 ½ teaspoon granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ½ teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper or white pepper

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, whisk together all the ingredients until combined and smooth.
  • Store in an airtight container with a lid or jar in the refrigerator up to 5 days.
