  • 1 ½ cups hot water
  • 3 tablespoons instant espresso powder
  • ½ cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 cup crushed ice (if you prefer thicker add more ice)


  • Stir the espresso powder into hot water and allow the coffee to completely cool.
  • In a blender, combine the cooled coffee, almond milk, coconut sugar, and ice.
  • Blend until the beverage is completely combined and smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and enjoy!
