Preheat the oven 350 degrees F. and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl combine the vegan butter, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and using an electric mixer combine until the mixture is smooth.
Add the maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla and mix until fully combined.
In a separate small mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, allspice, ginger, and flour.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture and blend until combined.
Using a spoon, stir in the oats, nut/seeds, cranberries, raisins, and mix well until combined.
Place a tablespoon of cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet and you should end up with 15 to 24 cookies depending on the size you make them.
Place into the oven and bake for about 15 minutes, until the cookies are golden brown.
Allow them to cool on the baking sheet on a rack for about 5 minutes and then remove the cookies and place them on the rack to cool completely.
