Ingredients

  • 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon coriander
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon water

juice of ½ a lime

    dash of hot sauce

      salt to taste

        Instructions

        • Using a food processor, add the black beans, cumin, garlic powder, paprika, coriander, olive oil, water, lime juice, hot sauce, and salt.
        • Process until smooth.
        • Pour into a bowl and serve with your favorite vegetables, tortilla chips, or crackers.
        • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 4 days.
