INSTRUCTIONS

Begin the recipe by mixing together eggs, granulated sugar, crushed pineapple, & vanilla extract.

Add self-rising flour, baking soda, & mix to combine. Pour into a baking dish.

Make the icing by combining butter, granulated sugar, evaporated milk, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans.

Pour the icing evenly on top of the warm cake. Allow it to sit for a few minutes before cutting. Enjoy!
