Add cream cheese and butter to an electric mixer. Mix until smooth.
Turn the mixer to low speed and add heavy cream, sweetener, cocoa powder and vanilla extract.
Using a cookie scoop, scoop out the mixture and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Place into the freezer for 30 minutes to 1 hour, until they are set and firm in texture. To serve, allow to thaw at room temperature then enjoy.
