INGREDIENTS

Ribeye Steak

Kosher Salt

Vegetable Oil

Ground Black Pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. and place a cast-iron skillet inside as it heats up. Season both sides of the steak with salt and pepper.

Remove skillet from oven and add to stovetop over med-high heat. Add oil, place in steak and cook for 2 minutes.

Flip & return the pan to the oven to roast for 3 minutes for medium rare. Remove from the oven & tent with foil. Rest for 2 minutes, slice & serve.
