30 Minute Pepperoni Pizza Bread
This Pepperoni Bread Recipe is loaded with cheese, spices, and of course pepperoni. It is easy to make and perfect to dip in marinara sauce. Cheesy, flavorful, and delicious.
– 1 pound pizza dough, already prepared – 1 cup white American cheese, shredded – 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese – ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese – 1 tablespoon pizza seasoning – 8 ounces sliced pepperoni – 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping
Begin the recipe by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F. and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. Roll the pizza dough out to about a 14-inch circle.
Top evenly with 1 cup shredded white American cheese in a single layer. Evenly spread on the 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese and ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
Sprinkle with 1 tablespoon pizza seasoning and lay the 8 ounces of pepperoni all over in a single layer.
Tightly roll it like a jelly roll, starting from the longest end and connecting it to the other end. Pinch the seam to close.
Place the roll on the prepared baking sheet, seam side down. Use a small paring knife to make a few slices over the top to allow room for the steam to escape.
Place into the oven to bake for about 25 to 30 minutes, until golden brown. Carefully remove from the oven and allow the bread to cool for a few minutes before cutting to serve.
