Peel sweet potatoes & cut them into large chunks. Fill pot with water. Bring to a boil & cook about 10 minutes.
Drain & add to mixer bowl. Add butter and mix on medium speed until combined.
Add the rest of the ingredients & mix on low until combined.
Slowly add the pie filling evenly to two pie crust. Place in the oven & bake at until lightly browned. Allow pies to cool before serving.
