INGREDIENTS
Butter
Eggs
Onion
Toasted Sesame Oil
Rice
Soy Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, salt & pepper. Add butter to a skillet then scramble the eggs. Set aside.
ADD THE RICE
Add butter to the skillet then fry chopped onion until translucent before adding cooked rice.
Add soy sauce & toasted sesame oil & stir. Once lightly brown add in the egg and serve warm with yum yum sauce.
