INGREDIENTS

Large Yams

Ground Cinnamon

Granulated Sugar

Ground Nutmeg

Brown Sugar

Butter (cubed)

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut the yams and boil until they have bite - just enough to soften (around 10 minutes).

Drain then add to a baking dish with cinnamon, nutmeg, both sugars and cubes of butter. Bake for 10 minutes.

Gently toss then return to oven for additional 10 minutes. Serve & Enjoy!
