30 Minute Buffalo Shrimp

Ingredients

Large Shrimp Butter Hot Sauce Eggs Water Flour Seasoned Salt Oil for Frying

Step #1

Peel and de-vein the shrimp. Leave the tails on if you would like.

Step #2

Combine melted butter and hot sauce. In a separate bowls mix together the eggs and then add the flour and salt to the other bowl.

Step #3

Toss shrimp one by one in the egg and then flour mixture. Coat again in the flour before drying in a frying pan with 2 cups of oil that should be about 2 inches deep.

Step #4

Fry 6-8 shrimp at a time for about 3 minutes each. Place on paper towel after taking out of the oil.

Step #5

Once all of them are fried, add to a large mixing bowl and cover with the hot sauce mix. Enjoy!
