BROWN SUGAR DIJON GLAZED SALMON
Salt & Black Pepper
Preheat the oven to 400F. In a small bowl, stir together the brown sugar and Dijon mustard until combined. Set aside.
Place the salmon, skin side down, on a sheet pan with aluminum foil & cooking spray. Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Top the salmon with the glaze in an even layer across the top. Place into the oven and bake 12 to 15 minutes.
Remove the salmon from the oven & allow it to rest for 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Serve warm.
