I am just now trying to drink tea. I’m not liking a whole lot of it. I like black tea a bit. Any suggestions to make it taste better that is diabetic friendly?

Hmmm…that is a good question. I use stevia to sweeten my tea (I also use it in black tea which I love as well) and this should be a diabetic friendly option for you. Green tea takes some getting used to, so I totally understand where you are coming from.

I know the benefits of green tea, but just don’t make the effort to make it! I definitely love tea but green tea is my least favorite hot tea. I need to remember to make it iced! #SITSBlogging

Green Tea certainly takes some getting used to as the taste is not the best. Once I discovered the benefits it made me want to drink it more…especially iced. Thank you for stopping by!

Green tea is good if you mix it with lemon ginger tea. I didn’t know about the high blood pressure–I”ll have to keep that in mind.
