**If your honey turns cloudy (crystallizes), don’t throw it away because it is still good to use. To dissolve the crystals simply place the honey jar or container in warm water and stir until they completely dissolve. Or place the honey in a microwave-safe container and microwave on high, stirring every 30 seconds until the crystals are totally gone. Store honey, tightly sealed, in a cool dry place for up to 1 year. Please avoid storing your honey in the refrigerator because cool temperatures will only accelerate the formation of crystals and make you have to work like a bee for your honey ;-)**
