Tahini! So interesting. I feel like I learned about that from you. I really love this time of year with the food offerings. The cheesecake looks like a Thanksgiving dream.

All of the pumpkin items look delicious!!! I made the Chocolate Chip Tahini cookies that you blogged about recently. 🙂 I was out of maple syrup so I substituted 1/4 cup of coconut sugar. My cookies tasted good, but they crumbled as soon as I picked them up. I think I should have used honey (another liquid sweetener), but I didn’t think about that until I was eating my cookies. Next time I make them I will make sure I have maple syrup so they turned out the right way. 🙂

Great–You could substitute with honey instead of maple syrup, that would work just as well.
