Pumpkin Cheesecake – This recipe combines a gingersnap and pecan crust, with a sweet pumpkin cheesecake, topped with a caramel swirl. I love how this recipe is made in a rectangle-baking dish with ingredients that are easy to find in your local grocery store.
Pumpkin Scones – These are so easy to make and are loaded with spices to make an amazingly delicious scone. The scones are topped with a sweet glaze, but you could serve them without it and they would still be just as good.
Pumpkin Spice Tahini Cookies – I love making cookies with tahini and these cookies are a great way to use it if you have any lingering in your pantry. These cookies are egg free and gluten free and sweetened with just the right about of maple syrup to keep them from being too sweet.
Pumpkin Pie Spice Smoothie – This smoothie incorporates pumpkin puree and pumpkin pie spice. It is so easy to whip up on those days when you need something to get your day started or in need of an afternoon snack to power you through the end of the day.
Pumpkin Spice Doughnuts – Because who doesn’t love a good doughnut recipe? These baked doughnuts are full of the pumpkin flavor and topped with a sweet pumpkin maple glaze.
