I am digging top ramen again

I have to admit that when I was a freshman in college I ate so many Top Ramen noodles that I vowed to never eat them again and for many…many…years I did not.

I would actually pass them in the grocery store aisle and turn my head and look the other way when I came upon them. It is one of those weird feelings where it was so branded in my memory that when I would see a pack of Top Ramen I would instantly taste the plainness of the noodles in my mouth.

Then after avoiding them for many years, I had a son that fell in love with them. Possibly because it was something that he could easily make on his own. I noticed that he would get creative with his noodles and add other items, such as pre-made sauces, meat, and vegetables. After seeing this I decided to give ramen noodles another try and I must say that I am digging them again.

I decided to give the recipe in this video a try and it turned out pretty darn good. Check it out!
