Beyonce 22 Days Vegan and Simply LaKita will be sharing a full day of blogger vegan recipes just in case you decide to give it a try for yourself. All meals plus dessert.
I am probably a little late on finding out about this, but apparently, now Beyonce has a diet that we can all have shipped directly to our door. Well…perhaps it is not exactly a diet, but you may have heard that earlier this year the queen of the Beyhive herself decided to commit to a plant-based diet/lifestyle for 22 days.
For 22 days straight Mrs. Carter herself decided to go strictly vegan in an effort to live a healthier lifestyle and of course being the savvy businesswoman that she is she has now launched a vegan meal delivery service with the help of her personal trainer Marco Borges. These meals range in price anywhere from $9.76 to $16.50 per meal and consumers may choose from one, two, to three meals a day options. Some of the dish samples include Almond Blueberry Breakfast Loaf, Ratatouille Pasta with Pesto, and Sesame Cabbage Lentil Bowl.
Now we all know the myriad of benefits that eating a plant-based/vegan diet can bring, but just in case you cannot afford or would prefer to prepare your own meals at home I will share with you 3 quick and easy meals that you can make yourself…and I promise not to make any a salad 🙂
Breakfast…Ambitious Kitchen’s – Vegan Lemon Berry Loaf made with whole wheat flour, almond milk, lemon, and blueberry.
Lunch…This Rawsome Vegan Life’s – Rawsome Wraps made with spinach tortillas filled with mashed avocado and shredded veggies.
Dinner…Oh She Glows’ – Maple Baked Lentils with Sweet Potato made with lentils, sweet potato, apple, and maple syrup.
…and if you are anything like me then you will probably also need a snack and dessert, so I will share two of my options with you here.
